This is our kick-off event for the cohort-based learning journey on EDI.

We will meet online on 9 August 2022 at 7:00 pm (CET), 8:00 pm Bulgarian time

What can you expect?

• * meet impactful women from Austria, Bulgaria and the rest of the world
• * learn more about our program
• * learn how to set your goals for the next 12 weeks
• * get matched with a team of 4 other awesome women , your personal learning cohort
• * start your learning journey on EDI and hold each other accountable to reach your goals
• * you will meet with your team on a weekly basis starting from Tuesday 16 August 2022

We want you!

You will be part of the first users of this programme and an important jigsaw puzzle piece in this whole process. Your contribution during the first cohort of this program will be crucial to iterate and improve the content to have even more impact on the future learners lives! You will be asked to share your feedback and even add content, you, your experiences, tips, tricks, learnings are valued and important !

What do we expect from you?

During and after the first cohort (that will end in mid November 2022) we will collect all the feedback and learnings to improve our meeting manuals. We will then publish the results for free to download and use it in similar cohort-based learning teams around the world.

• * Commit to be there for your team on a weekly basis (1 hour)
• * commit to attend the meetings open hearted and full of curiousity.
• * commit to add your knowledge and share it openly with your team
• * commit to submit feedback and contribute to iterate the content
• * commit to hold the space for your co-learners. We need to create a safe space for each other to talk openly and freely about this important topic and our experiences.
