Thank you for your interest in being a Community Steward for EXPEERTS.club. You’ll be both circle members and gentle guides, helping us create powerful women’s circles reimagined for modern business.
Your Steward Role
- Full circle member first, experiencing the same journey as everyone
- Slightly more attentive to group dynamics and what resonates
- My trusted eyes and ears when I’m not present
- Helping refine our approach through your feedback
Three Key Responsibilities

Circle Experience
- Attend weekly circle meetings when possible
- Observe what energizes the group
- Share reflections in our monthly steward meetings

Community Connection
- Join our monthly 1-hour steward gathering
- Identify what’s working and what could be improved
- Notice patterns across sessions

Member Support
- Check in with members who miss sessions
- Celebrate wins in our community channels
- Help others navigate our platform
- Flag any concerns to me
Community Platform Engagement
- We encourage you to post regularly on our platform
- Comment on other members’ posts to model engagement
- Share your insights and questions to spark conversation
- Your active presence helps create our vibrant community culture
- We will have a dedicated chat group within our community platform for stewards
Duration & Your Benefits
- 6-month commitment (April-September 2025)
- 1 year FREE membership
- Special introduction on our platform (if desired)
- Platform orientation next week before your circle begins
- Certificate acknowledging your stewardship upon completion
Next Steps
- Please confirm your participation as EXPEERTS steward by Sunday, April 6th via hello@expeerts.club
- If yes: Steward onboarding: Wednesday, April 9th at 6 pm GMT+2
- I’ll send a special invitation for free platform access
