Your North Star is your personal mission statement. The North Star will guide you. Every decision you take will point toward the direction of your North Star. It will shine above you and help you set your quarterly OKR.

2) SET OUR OBJECTIVE FOR THE NEXT 12 WEEKS
Objectives and key results is a framework for defining and tracking objectives and their outcomes towards reaching your mission (what we call NORTH STAR here).
What are the next specific milestones on your journey?
You start by defining one objective for the next 12 weeks. Objectives should be ambitious, qualitative, time bound and actionable by the person or team. Objectives are inspiral and pretentious , but still realistic. Your goal is formulated in such a way that it makes you smile and dance every day, because it is motivating and worthwhile for YOU to achieve it.
Define 3-5 measurable results. Key results should be quantifiable, achievable, lead to objective grading and be difficult, but not impossible. Each key result contains a number and a measurable outcome.
PRO TIP
- First brainstorm on metrics that could messure your progress.
- You could set a a revenue metric (how much money you will make in the next quarter…) , a usage metric (how many downloads, how many bookings….), and a satisfaciont metric (recurring customers, likes, reviews, recommendations, your own life life balance…) ! We want to have a balanced approach towards success after all.
- Use X instead of a specific number first and later in the next step you will define the value.
- First brainstorm on metrics that could messure your progress.

3) WEEKLY GOALS
Your KEY RESULTS have to turn into daily TO DOs and tasks.
In the “MIGHT DO” list, you just brainstorm any idea and initiative and task you MIGHT do. In the “WILL DO” you then prioritize and commit to really start working and achieving those “TO DOs”
In your weekly meetings with your EXPEERTS.team you will take your time to set your weekly goals. It’s basically a list of what you MIGHT do and what you WILL do. Tell the others, hold each other accountable!
