Ama Duncan is Founder of The Fabulous Woman Network, Corporate Trainer and Coach with over 18 years of experience in community development, hospitality and professional services industries. She has facilitated several leadership development programmes including the District Change Leadership Programme for leaders working to improve education in Ghana and Women Leaders’ Development Programme for over 150 ladies in Ghana’s Security Sector. She is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and has coached hundreds of leaders in Africa, Europe and the United States of America. In 2015, she founded The Fabulous Woman Network – where she leads her team to conduct activities which help African women business leaders and youth to thrive and impact others. In 2019, she created Fab Hub Ashanti – a residential learning and event space in Kumasi.She speaks on radio, television and in conferences including Science Forum South Africa and National Treasure Conference, Dubai. Ama is the author of Yarns of inspiration I, Yarns of inspiration II and Networking Made Easy, a former Access Bank W Ambassador, a 2022 Opportunity Collaboration Fellow and a 2017 Mandela Washington Fellow. Through an immersive seminar week in Greece and follow-up online sessions, participants learned the art of podcasting – mastering storytelling, voice training, and digital publishing – to amplify their voices and create meaningful impact.
